Mr. Ralph Carter is a 10th grade history teacher at Silver Hills High. The All About Us girls had him for 10th grade World History and again for Goverment in the 12th grade.

Mr. Carter has a bald head, which reminded student Nikki Merrick of Capt. Picard from her favorite Star Trek show, The Next Generation. He wore plaid shirts all the time. He was 6'7.
Silver Hills High School[]
Mr. Carter taught both World History and Goverment at Silver Hills High School. His classroom where he taught World History was room L-2 and Goverment was in the bungalows.
